Called J&Ts and was SO grateful they would take a look at it ASAP. I dropped it off immediately and heard back in under 2 hours. Problem was resolved. While I am still grateful for their attention and speed, I must say, that the customer service was excellent - If I lived locally, this would be my go to place for repairs!
