A brake is a mechanical device for inhibiting a truck's motion. Unlike car brakes, truck brakes have to be bigger and more powerful to stop the truck and its load. Most brakes use friction to convert kinetic energy into heat. The brakes store braking heat in the disc brake or drum brake when braking and then conduct it to the air gradually.
Faulty brakes put you and other road users at a great risk. Faulty brakes increase the chances of collisions. If your truck has braking issues, visit or call J&T's Auto Cafe today. At J&T's Auto Cafe, we have brake experts who will diagnose and work on your truck braking system.
The floor is an important part of your truck/trailer. A trailer floor highly determines the safety and delivery of your goods. Trailer floors can be made of timber, aluminum, stainless steel or other strong metals. Call us or visit J&T's Auto Cafe today for all your truck floor needs.
Lights are one of the most important parts of any vehicle. This is especially so if you travel early in the morning or late in the evening. The lights provide illumination for you as you drive. In trucks, the lighting system is made up of front, sides, rear, and top lights. The lights are designed to let you drive safely after dark. To increase your safety and the safety of other road users, make sure your truck's lights are in good working condition. Have the lights and the lighting system checked by the experts at J&T's Auto Cafe. Call us at 607-936-3778 today.

Suspension is a collective name given to the system of shocks, springs, and linkages that connect a truck to its wheels and allow relative motion between the two. The suspension system has the following main purposes: keeping the occupants of the truck comfortable, contributing to the truck's handling and braking, protecting the truck from wear and damage, maximizing the friction between the tires and the road surface; and increasing safety.
With a faulty suspension system, the truck's performance and handling will be greatly affected. Also, driving on rough roads will not be an easy task. If roads were perfectly flat, suspensions would not be necessary. To have your truck's suspension system checked, repaired or replaced by suspension experts, contact or visit J&T's Auto Cafe in Corning, NY 14830 today.
5 stars! Tommy is a SUPER nice guy. My hybrid car had a funny noise. They got to my car quickly and when I picked it up there was no noise at all. It was completely fixed! They knew exactly what it was and I have never had such good service done with my car. Reasonable pricing, too. Best business for cars in Corning!

I called at 2:53 to ask if they had time for an oil change. He said he could squeeze me in at 3:30. I arrived at 3:15 and left by 3:30. Great fast service and a really good price. He even filled my tires with air. I've scheduled an appointment for next week to have the car looked over. I really appreciated the service I got!

I needed an oil change in a pinch, and the folk over at J&T managed to get me in quickly! Not only that, but I was delightfully surprised at the cost of the change itself (compared to other lube&tire shops). Additionally, the gentleman who performed the change was very friendly, personable, and even checked up on my other fluids without asking! All in the course of 10 minutes! Very satisfied with the service. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
